Rest?
A lifetime of trying to be good enough is the perfect pot to brew a restless spirit, or an anxiety attack.
I find, too often, that I don't know how to relax. Often haunted by a conviction that there is something I should be doing, I am unable to just sit thoughtlessly and let my brain rest. Fortunately, I have cats. On occasion, I will watch and wonder as attempt to be the big jungle dwellers that they think they are. Losing my busy-ness momentarily in the cute kitty happenings.
However, for the majority of my existence I sit anxiously scrolling through a list in my head just in case I'm failing to meet some expectation. Perhaps I need to clear my plate, say "no" more often, or just *try* to relax.

Gods word has a solution, and all it requires is trust.
Philippians 4:6
Be anxious for nothing, but in all things with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.

Pray, ask, seek, knock.
Psalm 46:10a
Be still, and know that I am God!
Be still, and know that I am God!
